I am a wholistic practitioner working with your physical, mental, emotional & spiritual capabilities meeting you where you are at on your health or healing.

Coming from a background myself of chronic pain, cancer survivor & a diagnosis of Fibromyalgia I am passionate about chronic pain & chronic ailments.

On my healing journey I have embraced the wisdom of transformation been able to manage & minimize my world of pain & fatigue. I have not only lived with chronic pain I have studied & received Diplomas in Kinesiology, Remedial Massage, Biochemic Therapy, along with teachings in Bowen Therapy Advanced 1 & 2 enabling me to work in a very professional manner to assist others on their healing journey.

Unlike some modalities my aim over time is to see less of you whilst you are in a greater position to manage or move away from pains or dis'ease' in the body.
