Practice Manager, director of first impressions, problem solver, systems guru, head of customer service…it’s hard to describe exactly how important Hayley is to our team.

When you arrive at the CosMedic Collective clinic you may recognise this beautiful, smiling face.

Hayley is currently studying leadership and management and we are so excited to see her grow and have her help our business to do the same.

Hayley was born and raised in the Central West and recently moved from Bathurst to make beautiful Orange her home.

COSMETIC NURSE

Steph is a Registered Nurse with over 8 years Hospital Nursing experience. Previously working as a clinical nurse in the Hunter Region specialising in Paediatrics and Neonatal Intensive Care.

Steph recently moved with her Husband and children from the Hunter Valley back to her origins of the Central West. Steph brings a wealth of nursing experience and knowledge to the CosMedic Collective team.

Steph is a mother of three young children and understands how the stresses of a busy lifestyle can be a strain on one’s physical and mental health. With this in mind Steph appreciates the importance of a healthy work-life balance.

Along with Steph’s caring nature, her passion is helping patients to achieve wholistic health goals and to feel confident in their own skin to become the best versions of themselves on the inside and out.

Steph is looking forward to not only be a part of the CosMedic Collective team but the entire Orange community in which she now calls home.

BEAUTY THERAPIST

Alisa has been a beauty therapist for 11 years and is currently studying an advanced diploma in dermatology science.

Our longest Central West local, Alisa’s has been here since primary school, having moving here from Tottenham in Western NSW.

Alisa has a huge range of offerings including beautiful relaxing massages (hot stone, raindrop, Swedish and reflexology), facials with the luxurious Sothys products, LED, microdermabrasion, peels and the incredibly popular hydra facial.

Alisa loves how beautiful Orange is every season and the welcoming and warm people in the community.  Just like the rest of the CosMedic Collective team, Alisa gets real joy out of helping people to look and feel their best!

Fun fact: This clever mother of 4 is also a wool classer!

GLAMOUR LASHES & BROWS

Previously a Senior Spatial Technician for the Government, Nicole found a passion for everyone’s brows and lashes and decided to take the plunge into working as a specialist in the industry.

Now she specialises in Semi-Permanent Brows (Cosmetic Tattoo), Brow shaping with Tint or Henna, lash lifts and tints (and in her Bathurst space, Lash Extensions).

Much like other members of our team, Nicole is Bathurst born and raised with a beautiful 10 year old daughter surrounded by loving family and friends.

After opening a successful salon in Bathurst and having regular Orange clients, it made sense to then offer her specialist brow and lash services to the Orange community.

In 2021 Nicole was trained by renowned cosmetic tattoo artist Racheal Hawkins from ‘Your Eyes Only’ and ‘Hier Arch’ located in Perth, WA.

Forever educating herself and steadily building her repertoire, semi-permanent brows became Nicole’s passion and speciality. Nicole perfects your brows to an on trend shape, keeping them as fluffy and full as possible. She creates fluffy lashes and crispy, defined brows to enhance your personal eye & face shape.

Nicole is passionate about higher industry standards and is driven to consistently learn and refine her skills. Along with her expertise and friendly manner, Nicole ensures a comfortable experience for each client, with the care for their natural brows and lashes coming first.

Dr Alexander Phoon is a qualified Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgeon from the Royal Australian College of Surgeons and the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons.

As a fourth generation qualified surgeon, Dr Phoon’s approach is built on the essence of excellent surgical care, precision and attention to detail and the importance of communication with the patient. Being raised by a largely medical family provided a never ending source of inspiration for his pursuance of his career in plastic surgery.

‘When I was growing up, I was inspired by my father’s commitment to his patients. They were much more than patients to him. He treated them all as if they were part of his own family. That deep commitment to his patients underpins the basis of that special relationship that exists between a patient and their treating doctor’.

Dr Phoon has trained at UNSW, University of Sydney and has completed specialty training fellowships in Johannesburg and New York.

Dr Phoon has lectured both nationally and internationally and continues to push the boundaries of plastic surgical innovation, globally. Dr Phoon is heavily involved in the training of the next generation of Australian plastic surgeons both at RPAH and Sydney University. In 2013 he was awarded the Loewenthal Medal for excellence in surgical teaching.

Once meeting Dr Phoon you will be immediately put at ease by his friendly and compassionate manner. To him, every patient is an individual that deserves tailored and customised treatments. SPECIALIST PLASTIC SURGEON

MBBS MMEDSCI FRACS (Plas) Specialist Plastic Surgeon

Dr Kumar is a passionate specialist for breast and body surgery. As he is one of the appointed plastic surgeons at the Sydney Institute for Obesity Sydney (SIOS) he works closely with patients that have experienced massive weight loss surgery. He is also highly experienced in post-pregnancy body contouring (mummy makeover), Breast Augmentation, Breast Reduction, Breast Lifts, Abdominoplasty and Liposuction. 

Dr Kumar completed his Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) at the University of Queensland in 1995. He then went on to complete his Masters Degree in Burn Surgery in 2004 – MMedSci (Burns).

Dr Kumar commenced his General Surgery training in 2001 followed by his advanced training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery that continued for 10 years. At completion of this training, Dr Kumar was then awarded his Fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery – FRACS (Plas) 

Dr Kumar can be found for various treatments in Leichhardt, Penrith and Orange Clinics.
