Cosmetic Medicine

Cosmetic Medicine

As we age, our skin undergoes various changes that are often referred to as the signs of aging. These signs can manifest in different ways and may vary from individual to individual.

At CosMedic Collective, we offer a wide range of leading cosmetic medical treatments. Unfortunately, due to TGA regulations we are unable to detail treatments, pricing or share examples of our results. To gain a full understanding of what we can offer and how we can help you achieve your goals, we encourage you to book a consultation with one of our cosmetic nurses where we can share this information freely.

Concerns We Treat

  • Fine lines and wrinkles are one of the most visible signs of aging. They typically appear on areas of the face that experience repetitive movements, such as around the eyes (crow's feet) and mouth.

  • As we age, the production of collagen and elastin, which are responsible for skin firmness and elasticity, decreases. This can result in sagging skin and a loss of overall youthful appearance.

  • Age spots, hyperpigmentation, and redness can contribute to an uneven skin tone, making the complexion look dull and aged.

  • Aging skin tends to lose its ability to retain moisture, leading to dryness, flakiness, and a lack of hydration. This can make the skin appear dull and lifeless.

  • The fat pads beneath the skin diminish over time, leading to a loss of volume in the face. This can contribute to hollowed cheeks, sunken eyes, and a less youthful appearance.

  • Crepey skin is characterised by thin, crinkled skin texture that resembles crepe paper. It is often seen on areas prone to sun exposure, such as the neck, chest, and hands.

  • Aging skin may lose its natural glow and luminosity, appearing dull, tired, and lacking vitality.

  • Repetitive facial expressions over time can lead to the formation of dynamic wrinkles, such as frown lines and forehead lines, which become more prominent with age.
