Vitamin A is from the retinoid family. It’s a fantastic product that helps in a number of ways –

The strength of this ingredient varies from product to product. Some are available over the counter and some are prescription only.
Things remember before trying this product –
Use it at night only and it make your skin sensitive to the sun.
Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding
Introduce it to your regime 3 times a week, don’t panic if you get slight redness or flaking it’s very normal and part of the skin turnover process.
